Plans & Pricing
Each number tier pairs with e& postpaid plans. Silver starts from AED 188/month, Silver Plus from AED 400, Gold from AED 500, Gold Plus from AED 1,000, and Platinum from AED 1,000. All prices exclude 5% VAT, which is added per UAE regulations.
Entry Silver (Freedom Non-Stop) plans run on a 12-month contract with a 6-month promotional monthly rate. After the promotional period, the standard monthly price applies for the rest of the commitment.
Depending on tier, plans include local data (up to unlimited), local and flexible minutes, roaming allowances, and extras such as Smiles rewards, GoChat, and STARZPLAY. Each plan card lists its data, minutes, and benefits.
Yes β the Emirati Family plan (AED 1,100/month) includes unlimited local data and minutes, with up to 9 additional lines at AED 100/month each. Ideal for households that want one shared family postpaid package.

Delivery & Activation
We deliver free across all seven Emirates β Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Same-day SIM delivery is available in most areas. Once your Emirates ID is verified at delivery, activation is typically completed the same day so your number is ready to use right away.
A valid original Emirates ID is required at delivery, along with your payment card for plan setup and activation.

Advance is AED 206/month for the first 3 months (then AED 229/month) on a 12-month commitment. Premium is AED 269/month for the first 3 months (then AED 299/month) on a 24-month commitment with STARZPLAY and GoChat Premium included. Both exclude 5% VAT.
